- Do you guys have a storefront location?

At this time we do not have a storefront location. However, we do pop up shops at several events throughout the year. Stay connected with us on all social media platforms to know where we'll be, @dapperandking. You can always purchase our essentials on our website. 

 

How long will it take to get my products? 

Your order takes 1-4 business days(if not sooner) to process. Once the order has been processed we will ship your order to you by USPS(2-4 business days). Some products may take longer(up to 21 business days) and will be noted on listing. You will receive an email with your tracking information. Shipping rates domestically & internationally may apply.

Do you guys offer free shipping? 

For orders $60 and over free shipping is available! Please use code FREESHIPPING at checkout time. We cannot add the code after your order has already been placed.

 

- How can I interview, review or feature your company and products?

Please email us at press@dapperandking.com for more information.

- Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our essentials, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

- I never received my item; can you send me a new one?

Please note, we are not responsible for damaged, stolen or loss packages. We will ship your order with USPS along with tracking. Please contact the carrier. We will be happy to help if this issue arises. 

- Can I customize my handcrafted grooming balm with my name?

Yes, we offer an option called "Legends Edition"  where our customers can add their name or the name of someone else they'll like to gift or honor. You'll pick from one of our standard grooming balms and customize it by adding a name. There is a surcharge for this. This is a great gift for Father's Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries and Weddings(Groomsmen). Just email us at support@dapperandking.com to get started. Invoice will be sent and must be paid in full before production. No minimum required. 

- I am a retailer and I'm interested in carrying your products. How can I contact you?
